We all sometimes get so caught up in work, we get stressed out, frustrated and over all have such a negative view on life. This doesn't have a positive effect on you or anyone around you. Our suggestion is that whenever you have even the smallest bit of free time, use it. Relax, enjoy life and be greatful for everything that you have.
